Terms of Service

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms apply to businesses that use Booker ("the service") at booker.im to take appointments online. By creating an account you agree to them. Booker is operated from England, and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done through it, including by team members you add. You must give accurate business details.

Your customers and their data

You're the data controller for your customers' personal data, and Booker processes it on your behalf to run bookings and send confirmations and reminders. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your customers and for how you use their details. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Booker to send marketing or spam texts, for anything unlawful, or in a way that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep Booker running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. SMS and email delivery depend on third-party networks, so we can't guarantee every message arrives.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or missed appointments.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. Questions: [email protected].
